RETURN AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice and are subject to stock availability. If one of the ordered products becomes out of stock after the conclusion of the transaction, we will send you a notice to this effect by email and the product out of stock will be placed in back order. RTBL disclaims any liability in the event of a shortage of goods and for any damage that may result or caused by any delivery delay. PRICING POLICY AND TAXES
Prices on the rtbl.ca website are shown in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices and correct errors at any time and without notice. Prices shown do not include taxes nor handling and shipping fees. Current taxation rates are applicable on each product. The amounts and the tax numbers are shown on your invoice.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payments on the RTBL website can be done by paypal. Otherwise, the customer can pay with Visa or Mastercard by calling 450-546-3265. Customers who already have an account in store will be able to use their customer account to place their order. Delivery charges are at the customer's expense. If the customer already has a customer account with a delivery service, he can order with his account via the "Comment" window.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
A return request for a product purchased on the Site may be made within thirty (30) days of the billing date. The merchandise must be unused, in new condition, in its original unopened packaging and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% or more restocking fee depending on the condition of the products or the terms and conditions of the suppliers. All shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged and / or deducted from the refund, as the case may be. The shipping and handling fees charged on the original purchase will not be refunded.
To make a return request, the customer must send his request by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating his details, the product to return and the reason for the return. Requests for return are handled internally and RTBL reserves the right to make changes to its return policy in special cases.
Products specially ordered from our suppliers and liquidation products are not returnable or refundable. We respect the policies of warranty and satisfaction of our suppliers. For any warranty tool repair, a copy of the original purchase invoice is required. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When the goods subject to return will be received, RTBL will make the refund on the credit card or the Paypal account where the order was placed.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE
Although we are very vigilant about the product data appearing on our Site, it may happen that display errors (price, description, etc.) slip. RTBL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECTIFY THESE ERRORS WITHOUT OBLIGATION TO DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE TO ERREUR'S CONDITIONS.
